School Board Legal Liability Insurance Program:

  •     Provides Errors & Omissions Insurance for Arkansas Public School Districts
  •     Protects Districts from Financial Loss resulting from claims made for wrongful acts
  •     Covers School Board Legal Liability claims and Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) litigation

WHAT IS COVERED?

The Insurance Company will pay on behalf of the school district sums the district shall become legally obligated to pay by reason of wrongful acts committed in the discharge of the education entity’s duties.

Wrongful Acts are defined as any actual or alleged errors, misstatements, misleading statements, act or omissions, neglect, breach of duty, actual or alleged Civil Rights violations.
